By purchasing from Hyten, the customer confirms that:

  • The product will not be administered to animals.
  • The product will not be used as a medicine.
  • The product will not be used to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.
  • The customer will comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • The customer will follow appropriate laboratory safety procedures.
  • The customer will not resell the product for unauthorised use.
  • The customer will not make misleading medical claims concerning the product.
  • The customer will not represent the product as approved or authorised medicine.

Order review

Hyten reserves the right to request additional information concerning an order or intended research application. Hyten may decline or cancel an order where it reasonably believes that the intended use may be inconsistent with this policy or applicable law.
